Consent To Mortgage Form

Lenders require a 'Consent to mortgage form' to be completed by any occupier of the property in question aged 17 or over who is not party to the mortgage. The form waives any rights of residence that the third party might have, enabling the lender to obtain vacant possession in the event of default.
